Obviously the site is well structured, but unfortunately the platform does not respond regarding account verification, this leaves something to be desired so my experience was horrible. Surrently all players in the Brazil region were unable to withdraw their amounts.

First a very varied range of games. Unfortunately, after about three weeks of playing every day, a number of providers suddenly disappeared. Among other things (me, playing from Belgium), every Pragmatic Play game disappeared. I then informed customer service, but there was little clear explanation. Apparently they were surprised by that. In the beginning I would really recommend the site, but only for the games at the time , and the user-friendly layout. Communication and (external??) customer service is a different story.
The biggest problem, in addition to what was mentioned earlier, are the animated roulettes, every time you play the history disappears, which is not okay. This means that you play every session with a blank overview of previously dropped numbers. Perhaps a conscious choice by the site administrator, I also play these roulettes on other sites and this is rarely or never the case. The many malfunctions and technical problems during playing are also innumerable. (mainly played on mobile version)
With or without loss of stake. When you email support@ you will not receive an answer, not even a proof of registration. I still don't know whether my account was verified after sending my documents. However, I suddenly received WhatsApp messages that I had an eigrn account manager (after barely betting €1000), who gave me some shaky bonuses. (for example maximum win, 1.6x bonus... with a 200% bonus, wagering 40 times...) So overall not a good experience, a shame because it's a nice looking site.
