Hi Askgamblers. I need your help. Two months ago I requested my account at 24slots.com closed immediately. Nothing has happened. I have tried several times by chat and the 16th of july, they wrote, that my request had been forwarded to the right department. This is too long. I read their Trustpilot. I recommend that you read it, you’ll see they only have one-star-reviews and cause only problems for their players

-I’ll attach my email correspondence with them from the last two months

Can you help me somehow to get my account closed????

Hello everyone,

First we would like to apologise for the bitter taste on this one , this is not the kind of exprience we wanted to put out to our players and we do understand the importance of account closure request.

We do see however that the account was already close long time ago , on October 1st, 2024.

The player can also confirm our claim as if he will try to log in again, he will find it is closed for a while now.

I have been trying to have my account closed since May 31 for addiction , I have spoke with love support over 4 times now and have been told every time there is nothing the can do I must email their customer support email, which I have done 4 times now the only response I have gotten was a 30 dollar credit to continue to play every other email request has been ignored I am still allowed to make deposits and play even though I have sent emails and followed their steps to be self excluded. the live chat will not help at all they never have any information regarding anything always just pass every request off to the email that also never responds I think my deposits since I have been requesting this account closure should be refunded and my account closed immediately like I have been trying to have done for over a month now

VIP Withdrawal

My username is pmpb, and I am a VIP player at 24Slots.

I requested a withdrawal of €1,000 via Skrill on Feb 17, 2026 (Transaction #101615811332372897).

On Friday, Feb 20th, my identity and documents were officially reviewed and approved by Nia L. from the KYC Team. I am attaching the email confirmation for this.

Despite being a VIP and fully verified, my withdrawal has been 'Pending' for 6 days with no timeframe provided by support.

I am also attaching my Bonus History as proof that I have NOT used any bonuses in 2026; my last bonus activity was in 2025. This balance consists entirely of Real Money from my winnings, with no active wagering requirements.

Support is ignoring my emails.

I request the immediate processing of my funds via Skrill.

Violation against player protection

24Slots.com completely ignores player protection!

I sent my VIP manager < full name removed > a message on June 12, 2024 to close my account because I lost over €10,000 in a week.

However, Ms. Bliemel didn't close my account, but instead promised me a new bonus!

I answered her again that I don't want a Bonus! I want that the close my account, because I'm gambling addicted.

She ignored the Mail and my account was still open! I deposited more than 20.000 again and lost all!

THIS PROCEDURE IS ABSOLUTELY AGAINST THE PROTECTION OF AN ADDICTED PLAYER!

Therefore, it is the casino's duty to pay me back my losses after June 12th, 2024!

We're talking about €22,823.19!

Same Standard Replies But No Winnings

I signed up and successfully completed the wagering requirements for the welcome bonus. A pop-up appears stating that I successfully converted my balance to real funds.

I proceeded to withdrawal, the date of the pending request is from 1/24/2024. I've been on live chat every day to ask for an update as I haven't received my winnings but the responses are the same. It was confirmed via chat that my account is good, I provided the documentation for my verification which I was told was accepted ("everything is good on your account"). But each chat member tells me they've escalated my withdrawal yet no response at all. I've even emailed [email protected] and they have not replied to even confirm they've received my email.

I would like my withdrawal to be completed as I do very much like the games on this site but I'm fearful to deposit due to the long wait time for my winnings.

I've asked for a phone number or a supervisor. I've asked to be transferred to the appropriate department but I'm told the best they can do is "escalate my request" which will speed up the process.

Please help me.
