Charging huge fees on a refund

Hi, I have just made a deposit of 3000 euros. Which was done today (05-01-2016) roughly 5 hours ago. I have asked for the betting company to void this transaction and close my account. I have done this as I do not have any trust in this Greek company. Anyway, they have said this: Dear customer We have no commision in bets. Still, there is a commision in bank transactions. Banks keep about 5% of the deposit amount and another 5% of the withrawal amount. Furthermore, there are 3-4 employees who have to work over these things so it is inevitable not to withhold a fee. Nevertheless to say that other companies charge with a much bigger amount for such work. Regarding the bets you have placed, they are void. We will return the bets in your account. Unfortunately, this is the procedure we follow in similar circumstances. Please let us know as soon as possible if you still want to withdraw all your money. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. Best Regards, 1x2-bet Customer Service They have basically told me that if I want to withdraw my money, i will be charged! See their previous email: our request can be granted under some certain circumastances. Saying that, we can withdraw your money and return them to your account but there are some expenses: It's 170 euros for bank transactions, 80 euros for the employees' job How can they charge this when all I have asked is for them to just void off the Visa payment I made. It even states on their site: Are there any charges on payouts? NO, at 1x2-bet there are no charges.

1x2bet refuse to send me my money even though the amount is less than 100 euro.
Every time I make a withdrawal, I get an automatic email which confirms that the payment will be sent in three days. The next day I log in I find that the withdrawal is rejected. I asked the support and they told me that they do not have the ability to transfer money to some countries like Germany. All methods including skrill and bank transfer are available to make deposits, but not to withdraw. Anyway, they will try to fix that later.
Why do they accept players from specific countries if they do not have the ability to make any payment ???!!!
Anyway, I will wait and publish here again if they fix that.

I received a £20 signup bonus from 1x2-bet and in a couple of days won £485, couldn't have came at a better time and I am so happy!

They do not have a mobile app casino, having to sit in a PC or laptop to play slots.

Deposited 3000 euros. Wanted to just cancel my deposit. Then was told that there were fees involved to make a withdrawal.

These fees included (see section from the email I received):

You will be charged with the amount we wrote you in our previous email (170 bank transactions plus 80 for our job - believe us that's a very small amount in comparison to other betting companies)

What other betting companies charge 250 euros to withdraw money?

Stay away, you have been warned.

Before it was listed here at AskGamblers site this newly added casino 1X2bet with Proprietary Software, so when I opened their casino, actually they look more and I think they are more made for Sportbook and Poker fans and the reason why I think is their poor palette of casino games, if I am not wrong I think they have only 22 slots and do think it's really poor selection of games.

So as always wanted to see under what licence they are running and as I browse about them they are established in 2011 and they are under their Greece government so I guess I can say they are trusted site, although never heard of them before.
Their site its really easy to navigate, they don't offer some information to people like me to see, as for example they don't provide their RTP info, which by me is very important information.

Looking at their bonuses, actually I was searching what they have to offer for new players and first time welcome deposit, I was browsing few times their casino, but couldn't find anything.Then I saw some very weird info about bonuses. It says that if a player wants to get the welcome bonus and that depends I guess from what county are you, so the player needs to open account first and email their support, so that way they will add the bonus to the player, or depends from what affiliate site you have registered will depend your given bonus.

As a newly added casino and with real poor choice of slots I don't see anything interesting here to intrigued me or to attract my attention. Still would expect from new casino online to give some nice welcome bonuses, because me as a player I surely wouldn't bother to contact them so they would tell me will i get some bonus or not. Maybe decent casino, so far they didn't keep my attention.
