Unprovoked change of bet issue not investigated properly
Dear friends,

I would like to share with you my incredible and sad experience.

I made a 100 EUR deposit in first decade of May, 2020 and everything was OK till...

I noticed a super strange changing of my bets during the Fruity 7 game. My bet spontaneously began changing from 0.25 to 125 and 150 during "Auto" mode (please see "screenshot 1" in attach. Note: the 4th column is a that spontaneously bets"). Unfortunately, I noticed that not immediately.

I sent a many emails about that issue and asked to investigate, but no any result till today. Just ignored!


There is a my first mail (Thu, May 7 at 3:03 PM):

"Dear support team,.

Thank you for your email.

It's easy to explain why I'm saying I did not make these bets.

I'm not a high-bets gambler. I have made a deposit 100 EUR usually and bet about 0.20-0.50 EUR during the different casino games.

You can check any session on my any game history.

But during my game session on "Fruity 7" (05-05-2020 at 21:12, approximately) something incredible happened.

I did not bet 1.2 EUR, 75 EUR and 125 EUR.

It's absolutely illogical to bet 75 EUR if I have 97.34 EUR, and to bet 150 EUR if I have 172.34 EUR...(please find attachment)

Sometimes I had balance 172.34 EUR, 159.59 EUR, 160.29 EUR during that game session. But it's not my real balance, I think. It should have been about 97 EUR I suppose.

Please investigate that issue.

Refused my payment and closed my account
I opened an account at Fruity Casino after seeing it was well reviewed here any elsewhere. They offer a bonus for new players and I deposited £30 and received a £45 bonus. After playing for a short while I won about £800 and then continued to play various other games. I had read all the terms and conditions before playing and was careful not to play any of their exlcuded games or break any other rules because I have had problems with casino terms and conditions before for. I submitted all my verification documents which were accepted, and requested a withdrawal the same day. This morning I have received the following email from the casino: Dear Matthew After a review of your account by our compliance and risk team, it has become clear that you are attempting to abuse promotions. As per clause 13.3 of the general terms and conditions http://www.fruitycasa.com/?page=terms the following actions have been taken. 1. Your account has now been terminated effective immediately. 2. Any remaining funds in your account have been returned to you. 3. You are banned from the group. If you attempt to open up any accounts on the network all transactions will be voided and deposits returned to you and accounts terminated. Fruity Casino is a great site for match betting thanks to its easy to complete welcome bonus and the wide selection of slot games with high hit rate. My personal favourites like Bonanza and Book of Dead are there the ‘our selection’ is great!

It feels like Fruity Casa is only set on being a match bonus casino so it only caters to new comers. It just needs a weekly reload to keep its player base for a longer time but there really is no other bonus.

I am a huge fan of slot games. I like how they are diverse in terms of themes and gameplay. That is why I was so ecstatic when I found out about Fruity Casa.
As their brand name suggests, they specialize in mobile slot games — very convenient for my already busy kind of job. Plus, they are packed with a nice selection of different bonuses and promotions.
Although I loooove Fruity Casa, I could not also help but give them a score of 8. I just don’t seem to find their bonus spins conditions to be very favorable and generous.

It says on their page that depositing must be done on Mondays because it is only the day of the week that they will give bonus spins. It sad that it only allows on Monday hopefully to have more days for depositing.

I created an account with trustly (only had to write my email and phone number) and deposited from Sweden but a failure popped up so I couldn't log in. They gave a username but I couldn't log in cause everytime the window (where you input the username) disappeared and the trustly log in screen showed up. The support was to incompetent to help. If you're from Sweden I advice you to NOT deposit.

All around a good site to play. Minimal $10 deposit method, which is nice if your looking to test the waters. The Staff support is pleasent to talk to and respond almost instantly. I havnt won anything myself but then again, I've only made about 4 or so $10deposits which isn't enough to make a full judgment on fair play seeing as the majority of slots take a little before giving back. Problems with the Whitehat gaming group casinos.
-Having withdrawals open for upto 48hours this is a big nono for me, in comparison videoslots processed a withdrawal from me in around 3 mins!
-Loyalty program on the whitehat clients is not good either, points take too long to accumulate and asa regular casino player I do not even bother with looking at them on whitehat sites because so little thought or effort has gone into it.
-Unlikely to change with the times?Why are not more sites following the videoslots model they are streets ahead on nearly everything if Whitehat are reading this you could learn a thing or two from them.
-Make an option to lock withdrawals! why do casinos not do this? We will forever support you if this is made common across casino sites.


With a bit of tinkering they really could get more repeat business but gotta listen to the players and maybe hire a dev or two to add some more features :)

Nice selection of games. Decent welcome bonus terms

No way to set self exclusion/limits. Did read about setting self limits under "My account" from Q&A's but there is not way for player to self set any kind of limits as this option is missing under "My Account". So casino falsely advertises this option. Also for my understanding it is mandatory to provide this option for users. For this reason I can only rate this 3 starts.

Good selection of games. Their promotions are fair, I asked for an extra deposit bonus and the gave me a 25% reload, I've managed to complete the wagering and have withdrawn a healthy sum. I asked the chat if I could lock my withdrawal, they insisted I couldn't but they will lock my account until the withdrawal has processed. This is a better alternative than putting a time-limit lock on as you never know how long a withdrawal could be pending for; this shows that they do care for responsible gambling. Once the withdrawal has processed i will be sure to make this a regular site for myself, my initial thoughts are good. From playing well over £2000 in this session, I can say the RTP seems very fair.
