Refused to credit me the bonus I received by email and refused to refund my deposit in time
On 12/11/2016 at 6:46 in the morning, I received an email with a bonus offer of 115% with a code MG1111 (see screenshot attached to this complaint), the bonus was for microgaming slots only, then I connected to this fraudulent casino, I made a deposit of $ 23 with the code MG1111, to my surprise, I had not received any bonus, so I contacted the live chat which was very rude (transcription of the chat attached to this complaint), and I asked them to credit my bonus, the first response of this liar was that this offer expired on 11/11/2016, except I forwarded him the email and he read in the beginning of this email that the offer is valid until 18 / 11/2016 and read also that I received it on 12/11/2016, so to justify the refusal to credit me the bonus, it comes out another fake reason which is that the offer was only for new players who Haven't get the welcome bonus yet, so I asked him to show me where this condition is mentioned in the email, after all the discussion he still refuses to credit me the bonus, so I asked my right to refund my deposit, The reply was even more surprising when he told me to ask for a withdrawal and that the refund of my deposit will be done only after the verification of my account without knowing when this account will be verified, I played and I always play on 90% of the casinos owned by everymatrix NV, I have never had this kind of problem or issue, this casino does all their best and by all the ways to attract players to deposit their money, with plenty of attractive and fakes offers by emails, and once the victim bit into the hook, the scam begins, no bonus as promised by emails, and no deposit refund, is that this kind of scam is tolerated in 2016 by everymatrix NV, or By the concerned authorities, or by askgamblers to have this kind of casinos rated well on their website, by this complaint I ask this liar and scammer casino my legitime right to refund my deposit, and to stop sending me fakes emails and offers.

My credit cards have been double charged/Issue with bonus
Issue #1 everymatrix and flamantis charged mw double on 2 of my credit cards. I made approxiately 4000usd deposits in falamntis casino after few days i was shocked that i was charged double on both my cards on each and every transaction i did. The details of this story is that they actualy charged me for the chips i bought and then put on hold the exact same amount so basicaly 4000usd that they took and another 4000usd that they put on "hold" Please please help me to make these thieves return my money that is on hold its somethig illegal its like they stole money from my credit card without my authorization. They should be under serious investigation from visa. Please help out in this matter. Note to askgamblers: the screenshots that is in my attached photos below is from the email i sent to flamantis but i do not wish to attach the actual screenshot because it contains my bank information and transactions, i sent them to prove them the they took there actual money yet it shows the limit increased double becaus ethe dublicated the transaction. Issue #2 After i requested a bonus i got a 20usd bonus i managed to wager 50× which is a ridicolous wagering but i managed to get 350usd wagered and in cash after i wagered and ended up with 350 i was surprised that i onlt have 54usd. I contacted support and they said maximum cashout is 50 and when i asked and asked to get 350 tbey didnt agree Finaly i asked for the term that say that maximum cashout is 50usd i was surprised that they had no term like tbat and probably invented it. Please help me askgamblers to retun my 300usd thatvwas stolen of me without any rules or terms and conditions. Bonus Not Credited & Support Been Misleading
Before making my deposit at Flamantis Casino I first spoke with the live Chat agent to make sure everything was going to run smooth. So after speaking with Gustav I was told that the bonus code FL15A1 was fine to use. So I went ahead and deposited using the code FL15A1, however I was not credited the bonus so I immediately typed back to Gustav and told him that I entered the bonus code when making my deposit however the bonus wasn't added. I was then told the following by Gustav. "Please be informed that the mentioned offer is welcome casino bonus and could not be combined with other welcome bonuses" "Sorry for the misleading, however what I can credit you now is 50% reload bonus" I couldn't believe what I was reading and after speaking with Gustav I quickly realized that he had no intention of helping anyone. He tells me that he can add a 50% reload bonus, that's the best he can do. I'm thinking to myself that is a joke, I have received an email just a few hours ago with the bonus code F10F which is atleast 100% reload bonus. This guy tells me that the 150% reload + 50 free spins is eligible so I make the deposit and he says "Sorry for misleading you I can give you 50%". As this casino hasn't been reviewed since the beginning of 2017, I thought it's about time.

Firstly, they are no longer managed by Direx under the MGA, but another company allegedly licensed under Curacao egaming but managed in Bulgaria??? They share the same license number with their partner Noxwin.

I like the game selection here. For me it is Netent or from time to time, Microgaming.

I like that you can set your own gaming limits here, without having to contact support.

I started off with a small deposit of 20 euros to get a feel for the website. I received a 100% bonus which was added straight away which was cool. I didn't win anything but hey ho...that's the name of the game. I decided to deposit another 20 and managed to get up to 100 on Starburst. Being sensible, I cashed out. I usually don't cash out until I've won a larger sum but I wanted to test their withdrawal speed.

I deposited and withdrew via Neteller. I tried to find info on their website about their processing times but could not, so contacted live chat. I was "no.1 in the queue with a 9 minute waiting time" which was strange, but ok. I requested chat in English as they give you the option to choose between that or Turkish....random.

The agent started in Turkish... Conversation was very short as I asked him what their usual pending time was and he simply answered "Please wait, it will be processed" and cut off the chat which was pretty rude.

I emailed them and I give them credit as they do respond pretty quick. However, almost 48hrs later and withdrawal is still pending so we shall see if I ever get it...

There's a strange silence with this casino...no automated emails to confirm deposits, withdrawals receipt of email to support. Makes me feel a little on edge, but only time will tell.

I had the worst scenario ever with Flamantis casino and the reason of that is everymatrix itself and there payments!! THEY CHARGED ME DOUBLE.
I deposited around 2500usd plus minus and one morning I looked to my banking account to see I was charge TWICE for every transaction. It's more like stealing money. We all trust our cards with payments department. I've been playing with everymatrix for a long time I never faced such an issue, the positive thing is that they confessed they did it and made a mistake which is respectful but the very NON respectful is that they took money of my card when I DID NOT AUTHORIZE them which is ILLEGAL.

I also pay interest of 3% and processing fees. I need to claim that from them.

Seeing from what casino group they come from I realized the Flamantis Casino is safe where I can play in. Owned by the famous Everymatrix and having Malta licence was enough info so I can play. I first registered an account on Flamantis Casino when I found a promotion offer they had for some free spins for opening an account here almost a year ago. So I created an account here and I firstly checked the owners of the casino. I was happy to see that this casino was owned by Everymatrix a company that has some of the best online casinos and I trust them a lot. Lately I saw that they changed their casino owner and now they are operated from TK Services and they have a gaming license from Curacao.

The site has the familiar to me layout of the everymatrix casinos. It has slots mainly from NetEnt and Microgaming but it has also some lesser known slot providers. So I created my account and claimed the free spins which if I remember correctly were on Starburst. I had some fun with them but I did not won something good.

I contacted their support regarding the bonus code and even though I managed to find answer myself and their live chat wasn't available, I received email answer within 30 minutes. They seem to be a good and trustworthy casino with great selection of games and decent promotions so I would recommend them.

Their welcome bonus is a farce for Canadians. I did a deposit of 100.00 and it was supposed to have a 100% deposit match. I try to contact support but chat is closed and only other option was email. I emailed them and the next morning I get a reply stating that because Netent is now blocked for Canadians, would it be ok to put the deposit on Microgaming. I said yes and got no other reply.

I went to chat when it was open and explained the story. She said she would have to Escalate it and I would get my welcome bonus in the am. Checked the next day and nothing.

I then get a reply saying to get my welcome bonus I would have to provide ID, the CC I deposited with and recent utility bill. I told them I have no problem sending it AFTER I get the welcome bonus and now it's been 2 days, no bonus and no more replies from them. No casino requires that kind of info for a welcome bonus. NOT FEELING VERY WELCOME!!!

I opened an account here, not realizing they were connected to a site I had previously self excluded from. They let me deposit well over £500. I then, thinking about withdrawing emailed them asking if they were part of a group who I had maybe excluded from?? They didn't answer so I continued depositing and then 2 days later asked if I could remove my limit-chat then came back and said I was excluded after depositing well over another £100 since my info request.

I have emailed several times to everymatrix self exclusion dept who have ignored my requests, ie refund deposits as they should have blocked my opening with same details,card etc. Also which of their group and when did I exclude and when did they make the new rules-terms and conditions. I wanted this information as I would like to go to a small claims court for a refund or no win lawyer.

Principal of letting me open is not fair gaming. Hey should have rejected my attempt to open an account, I suggest they knew if I had withdrawn they would have refused this-its a win win game for them......
