I am requesting help with withdrawing my funds.

Withdrawals are regularly delayed beyond the timeframe stated in the casino’s terms. The support team never provides any clear information, only generic template replies.

There is a withdrawal limit of €1,000, and even this amount is being delayed repeatedly.

At the moment, more than 3 days have passed since my latest withdrawal request.

My account is fully verified. I have already submitted all requested documents and even offered to provide any additional ones if needed.

A player plays in order to be able to withdraw winnings. Here, even withdrawing funds has become a problem.

Same issue once again

I am filing a complaint against Campeonbet Casino regarding a serious and unjustified withdrawal delay.

I found this casino on AskGamblers as a recommended operator, which makes this situation even more concerning.

Timeline:
- April 25, 2026 (17:48) — I requested a withdrawal of 1000€ (Ethereum)
- April 30, 2026 (12:00) — the withdrawal is STILL not processed

This is already 5+ days and clearly exceeds their stated processing time of up to 3 days.

Important facts:
- My account is fully verified
- All requested documents have been submitted
- I have contacted support multiple times (email and live chat)
- I only receive generic responses like “under review” or “in queue”
- No clear explanation, no timeframe, no actual action

At this point, I am either being ignored or deliberately delayed.

Additionally, the casino applies a 1000€ per 24h withdrawal limit, which already restricts access to funds, and combined with such delays makes it practically impossible to withdraw winnings in a reasonable time.

This behavior is unacceptable.

I request:
- Immediate processing of my withdrawal
- A clear explanation of the delay

Delayed withdraw

This complaint is regarding serious failures in the handling of my account, specifically concerning my request for account closure and the implementation of mandatory deposit limits.

On 23 October 2025, I explicitly requested that my account be closed and that a daily deposit limit of NOK 10 be applied to my account. I received written confirmation from the casinos representatives stating that my account had been closed. However, it later became evident that this was not the case, as I was still able to log in and access my account.

Despite sending multiple follow-up emails and repeatedly being assured that my account was closed, the issue persisted. Ultimately, I had to contact the customer support via live chat and demonstrate that I was still able to log in. Only then was my account finally closed.

When the self-exclusion period ended in January 2026, I discovered that no deposit limit had been applied to my account, despite my explicit request. Over the past few days, I have contacted the support team twice regarding this matter. On both occasions, I was informed that a deposit limit was in place, which is demonstrably incorrect.

Based on the assurances I received from your representatives—that my account was closed and that deposit limits had been applied—I continued to deposit funds. I therefore expect a full refund of all funds deposited after I was given these assurances.

In addition, I strongly urge the company to take serious and immediate steps to ensure that customer requests related to responsible gambling, account closures, and deposit limits are properly implemented and verified. I find it deeply concerning that such critical safeguards have repeatedly failed, despite clear communication from my side.

I have extensive documentation supporting my claims, including email correspondence and deposit history. I consider the handling of this matter both alarming and unacceptable, particularly given the importance of consumer protection and responsible gambling obligations.

I expect a written response addressing this complaint, including confirmation of the refund process and an explanation of how such failures will be prevented in the future.

Limits not set

Casino being very abusive by delaying payment

Hello, campeonbet is delaying -I feel on purpose- the withdrawals for more than a week now. It’s been 3 different requests cancelled with no valid explanation, just that a technical problem has occurred on their system. I think they don’t want to pay, that’s really unfair, the withdrawal is just for 20,445 Mexican pesos, around 980 euros. Please help me out with this abuse.

I contacted Campeonbet on Nov 27th because I have a gambling addiction. And I told them to close my account due to this.

They asked me to send a form and sign it and choose which period to close it. And they even wrote in the email that they offer me 10€ bonus if I continue to play with them. Of course having an addiction I took the 10€ as I lost all money this night. They sent me promotional material to trick me into playing again. As a result I keep playing and losing money. Note that this is not the first time the casino has done this to me. I have many times asked them to close my account due to gambling addiction before.
And they always allow me to play. When a person says to close the account due to gambling addiction it should be closed directly. And not wait to have a form signed in return. They failed their responsibility for responsible gaming. They should have closed it without asking me to send a form that is printed out and signed and offered me a bonus as a trick for me not to continue with the closure. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the deposits I made after 27th November. Which is 1567€.

They know since before I have a gambling addiction and wanted to close my account multiple times.

Design looks ok. They have all the pragmatic and hacksaw slots. They offer a good amount of bonuses, with 100$ max withdrawal. They had one customer agent that was helpful, out of 6 that I spoke to.

I started playing at this casino because of the reviews here. I have played at 30 different sites, and this is by far the worst one. The rating of this casino site is so fake.

1. They lack so many of the best slot providers
2. If you deposit by credit card, they don't offer it as a withdrawal method if you win and want to withdraw. Minimum withdrawal is 100$.

3. The verification and withdrawal process are slow.

4. The worst experience is that I had 17 CENTS left from some bonus they gave me. I made another deposit because I was short, and then the real money that I deposited became "bonus money" because of the 17 cents. I then had to wager my deposit 25 times. Before my deposit, I tried to cancel the old bonus, but it was not possible on "my bonus" page. I conctacted customer service, and they said that if I have over 10 cents left of bonus money, I need to contact and wait in line to talk to them.

5. The site is very laggy sometimes.

6. Customer service is very slow. And they are quick to end the chat if I am trying to find a solution with them.

7. Their terms are very strict. And remember you have to wager your deposit 3 times if you want to make a withdrawal, if they even let you withdraw. I know 3x wager is "normal". But I rather go back to bitstarz, you get your money instantly and there's only 1x wager requirement.

The only positive: design looks decent, and they offer lots of bonuses. BUT, with a maximum of 100$ withdrawal.

Don't sign up for this site. Go for the next one.
