The selection of RTG games is expected and load with minimal lag or errors. The platform is easy to navigate and all my fave deposit methods are catered for in terms of FIAT and crypto. I've personally withdrawn over 30K from here over the past 12 months. I honestly do not know where the other players get their ratings from to rate anything above 1 star. I also don't know who rates these people as number 1. I accepted a bonus, met the wagering requirements with a little over R8000 balance. The balance disappeared and was left at R4.47. No explanation, no warning or anything of the sort. The maximum allowable withdrawal was R600 - but everything disappeared. Apparently, after speaking to a not so friendly "customer support agent", my withdrawable amount would be left and the rest would disappear and I played through the withdrawable amount without realizing as I was under the impression I was still working through the wager. Hardly any help nor explanation - the above is what I am assuming happened since over R8000 vanished.

Lost over R 200 000.00 in the last few months and although they assure me that they operate at a 95 % return.. Silversands Poker Managers and Support staff are arrogant and have no client orientation or client interaction skills whatsoever. I have send more than ZAR 40 000 with them in 2018. When u ask them for explanations they are aloof and arrogant. They make me feel like a criminal, rather than a client
