Dazzle Casino - Improperly applying terms
I signed up with Dazzle Casino and deposited £200. I received a £200 bonus. I read their bonus terms thoroughly and they mention that the max bet on games is 50% of bonus amount. This would be £100.

I went to roulette and played £25 stakes. After completing the wagering requirement, (and having my big win capped to £600), the casino confiscated all of my winnings, stating...

"Dear Deanna,

After reviewing your withdrawal and gameplay we have concluded that you have breached our Bonus Policy, part of our Terms & Conditions agreed upon registration.

On the 23/06/2020 you have deposited the amount of £200 and received the bonus of £200, which was subjected to our Bonus policy.

After checking your bonus bets, it has been concluded that you have played all your bonus on one single game, European Roulette, which is considered ‘irregular gameplay’, as per the Terms of use with which you have agreed.

As such, we have revoked winnings acquired whilst in breach with our Terms and conditions and returned your participation fee

The casino doesn't have any rules against playing all of my bonus on one game. They only have a rule against playing over 50% of the bonus balance in one spin/game/round.

If the casino intended to mean that the total bets in any one game couldn't ever surpass 50% of the bonus amount, i.e. £100, then in that case, the customer would be expected to have to play 100 separate games in order to fulfill the £10,000 wagering requirement. No customer would ever be expected to assume that the rule means 'You can only bet up to 50% of the bonus amount in total, on any one game'.

They would rightfully interpret it, as I have, to mean, you can bet up to 50% of your bonus amount on any one spin.

Dazzle casino have improperly applied this term as a way of confiscating my winnings, and I believe they should pay all my winnings out.

The amount outstanding is £400, as the company have refunded my deposit of £200.

Dear Ask Gamblers, I joined Dazzle Casino on Friday 19th February. Made a £500 deposit which they gave me £200 bonus. I did not ask for the bonus but blamed myself for not reading T's and C's so embarked on wagering requirements of £10,000. I completed this and made a withdrawal of £2,500. I had no communication until Tuesday 23rd telling me to cancel withdrawal and make two separate ones of £1,500 and £1,000 I also received a call from a 'Michael' VIP Manager apologizing for confusion but saying he had a meeting with Directors the following day and everything would be resolved by Wednesday and he would personally call me. This never happened and it has led me to go on their live chat and Michael seems to have 'vanished'...apparently off until Sunday....strange he never told me that. Below I have copied you the last three chat logs but I am now at my wits end with panic as I have a pending request of £3,000 plus over £3,000 still in my account which they say has to stay there because of maximum £3,000 withdrawal a month. They are very poor customer service. It took over 24 hrs for a response and I was unverified for over 21 days, which is against the law. They use a system platform used by other sites which is very slow and sometimes stalls.

Nice website layout. Easy to navigate and deposit (of course!).

I usually don't make a review on any casino or on any game, without having much experience or plays on it, but on days like today, Friday the 13th, I wanna throw some scare onto the readers here! Hahaha. But not to worry, it isn't anything like Freddy's scare, just something to make your eyes open a bit, stare a bit, wonder a bit, think a bit, and so on, but that's already a blardy lot of 'a bit's, isn't it? Well, my life is full of all kinds of 'bits', would prefer to have some lovely 'bites', but no chance for those 'bits', so I'll just carry on and post more 'bits'. Hehehe.

Before we go into the other aspects of the casino, I must say here that Dazzle Casino is now a multi-platform casino and has included a few more other softwares other than Microgaming, which includes NetEnt and Thunderkick too amongst others. Albeit to say, not all games from each of the various game providers have been included into the casino's directory of games. Dead or Alive, for example, is sadly missing or have been left out, and a few more of my favourite games are missing too. Microgaming remains the main games provider for Dazzle Casino.

I had a short chat with the casino's live host, and he confirmed to me that the promotional offer of 200 free spins is based on the actual value of the deposited amount. Meaning, I will get 200 free spins for a $30 deposit, based on $0.15 per free spin. So, a $10 deposit should give 66 free spins? Might be so, might not be so! Better get this confirmed first before you make a deposit! For me, I finally decided not to make that deposit after all. That 200 free spins can fly away, for all I care! Why? Because of its blardy bonus term!

The most disturbing bit of information that I have come across in the casino's T&C, concerns their no-deposit bonuses, deposit bonuses and free spins. Perhaps this is common amongst all ProgressPlay group of casinos, I'm not very sure, but I only came across this bit today, on Friday the thirteenth! Maybe some may already be aware of it, but I bet most others are not. So this is to open their eyes.

Quote: In any case, the Initial Winnings may not exceed €20; any Initial Winnings which are credited to your account beyond €20 shall be considered nil and will be revoked accordingly. Unquote. What it means is that the maximum winnings that you can transfer into your bonus account is only 20Euros, which is then subjected to the 50x wagering requirement! If you get 200 free spins, you can only win 20Euros from them! If you win $1000 using a no-deposit bonus money, you can only win 20Euros! So, how does that grab you? I can't be sure, at this moment in time, if deposit bonuses fall into this category too, but if it does, say 'goodbye' to Dazzle Casino for ever!

I have been waiting for two larger payouts (£700 and £400) since the 28th April and have been given the run around. You can only contact the accounts people by e-mail and they take a week to reply. They paid some much smaller winnings, but won't acknowledge this, so far people have been in a meeting, on lunch, it's been because I cancelled withdrawals (I didn't) etc etc. If you play with this company, worry about your winnings

They are VERY POOR payers. Terrible. They pay random payments 1-4 weeks after winning. They hope, of course, that you will cancel your withdrawals.

Support is Chat and e-mail only, but Chat is down or very very slow. No phone support.

This is one of the newest online casinos that run the Microgaming software. In contrast from most other Microgaming casinos in which I played Dazzle, in their offer don’t have a downloadable casino. They offer only instant play and mobile casino.

First, I will comment the look of their website. The design of their website is really to my taste. The site is clean and without unnecessary detail and with easy navigation dominated by the green color. At the present time a large number of online casinos devote a lot of attention to the attractive design of the website, but Dazzle in my opinion, has one of the most visually beautiful web. On their website it says 100% safe and secure and I have no doubt that this is not so. Because of all I decided to make here a deposit of 20 euros via Neteller. I have made a deposit, although I think that their welcome bonus offer is very bad. Something more about it I will say when I'll be writing review of their welcome bonus. Total time I spent here was some 2- 3 hours playing. I've had some great wins but all that was not enough to fulfill WR. Also, although I haven’t had a chance to test their support on their site I found some information that I didn't like. I wrote this so many times in previous reviews but I have to say it once again, that customers deserve a support available 24 hours every day of the week.

Unfortunately, Dazzle’s support is available FROM 6:00 AM TO 23:00 GMT. I may belong to the rare players who usually play out of this time when their support is available. Once again casino should devote attention and provide support to each player individually. Although I had no withdrawal here I'll bet that this is a safe casino. To return back here, it is necessary that Dazzle offer a better bonus conditions and support available during the whole day. Because of this for this casino I give a grade of only six stars.

My today’s review revolves around my experience with Dazzle Casino.
Right off the bat I'll start by saying I had a few grudges, but my overall experience within this casino was average. I liked the fact that it's Microgaming, and ever since I started trying out online casinos, I'd always go for Microgaming software rather than any other.

My first grudge was right after I registered and was about to make a deposit. What was the grudge about you ask? Registration was quick and easy, but when I was supposed to deposit some money into the account I had troubles as it wouldn't deduct any money from my account.

I found this weird as it never happened before, and I decided to refresh anything and try in 15 minutes, as it may be a possible connection problem between me and the casino. 20 minutes later, and the money is deducted. I was happy that I could now start checking the content out, browsing through all sorts of games.

Possibly my biggest grudge about this casino that I've had, is the wagering requirements. If the requirements are going to be high, at least tilt the bonuses in our favor will ya? I'm not paying money to lose money; I'm paying money to play and both win and lose money.

This wasn't the case here, with 0.2, 0.3, 0.5 bets on slots I managed to win some combo's and get a few spins, and about 40$. Of course, knowing myself this didn't last long as I've felt the urge to try the table games, and as a result I've lost all the money I've deposited, but I wasn't losing constantly and I didn't feel like I was wasting my time.

All in all, an average casino with Microgaming software, 6 \ 10.
