Dazzle Casino - Improperly applying terms
I signed up with Dazzle Casino and deposited £200. I received a £200 bonus. I read their bonus terms thoroughly and they mention that the max bet on games is 50% of bonus amount. This would be £100.

I went to roulette and played £25 stakes. After completing the wagering requirement, (and having my big win capped to £600), the casino confiscated all of my winnings, stating...

"Dear Deanna,

After reviewing your withdrawal and gameplay we have concluded that you have breached our Bonus Policy, part of our Terms & Conditions agreed upon registration.

On the 23/06/2020 you have deposited the amount of £200 and received the bonus of £200, which was subjected to our Bonus policy.

After checking your bonus bets, it has been concluded that you have played all your bonus on one single game, European Roulette, which is considered ‘irregular gameplay’, as per the Terms of use with which you have agreed.

As such, we have revoked winnings acquired whilst in breach with our Terms and conditions and returned your participation fee

The casino doesn't have any rules against playing all of my bonus on one game. They only have a rule against playing over 50% of the bonus balance in one spin/game/round.

If the casino intended to mean that the total bets in any one game couldn't ever surpass 50% of the bonus amount, i.e. £100, then in that case, the customer would be expected to have to play 100 separate games in order to fulfill the £10,000 wagering requirement. No customer would ever be expected to assume that the rule means 'You can only bet up to 50% of the bonus amount in total, on any one game'.

They would rightfully interpret it, as I have, to mean, you can bet up to 50% of your bonus amount on any one spin.

Dazzle casino have improperly applied this term as a way of confiscating my winnings, and I believe they should pay all my winnings out.

The amount outstanding is £400, as the company have refunded my deposit of £200.

Dear Ask Gamblers, I joined Dazzle Casino on Friday 19th February. Made a £500 deposit which they gave me £200 bonus. I did not ask for the bonus but blamed myself for not reading T's and C's so embarked on wagering requirements of £10,000. I completed this and made a withdrawal of £2,500. I had no communication until Tuesday 23rd telling me to cancel withdrawal and make two separate ones of £1,500 and £1,000 I also received a call from a 'Michael' VIP Manager apologizing for confusion but saying he had a meeting with Directors the following day and everything would be resolved by Wednesday and he would personally call me. This never happened and it has led me to go on their live chat and Michael seems to have 'vanished'...apparently off until Sunday....strange he never told me that. Below I have copied you the last three chat logs but I am now at my wits end with panic as I have a pending request of £3,000 plus over £3,000 still in my account which they say has to stay there because of maximum £3,000 withdrawal a month. Provided by Microgaming and do not need to say more about how the games will be on this casino so I had to join them because I have never said no to micro gaming powered casinos.

I got a very nice 100% match up bonus on the very first deposit I did on this casino site and I had deposited 25 euros so I got 25 euros from the casino as well. I started with my as always Immortal Romance and this time to my surprise in the beginning only I triggered a wild feature and got 10 euros and then it happened again after 10 minutes and I hit another feature and got another 15 euros. I kept playing this game for hours and hour and got more than 50 euros from this game only and this is why I always say that Immortal Romance is the best slot game ever from the Microgaming software. Then I shifted to Thunderstruck and here also a got free spins in the beginning only and I was very happy about it.

Because this does not happen to me every day as I am the least likely to get money so quickly and with this casino it was all happening for me and I could not have expressed my happiness about it.

They also have a very nice support team and I only got to talk to them when I was trying to process my withdrawal. I got my money within a couple of days which I had expected and it was very nice of the casino to not have troubled me because I came to now that they might trouble when withdrawing but nothing like this happened to me. I would rate this casino 9.5 out of 10 and I think they are one of the best.

This is my personal review about Dazzle Casino!
First of all it is a casino powered by the very popular slots provider, Microgaming! Also this was my objective, to find a casino that has Microgaming slots and that its offering a decent deposit bonus!

So I registered my account, I made my deposit of 20 euro via Skrill and I received another 20 euro bonus! I thought that being a casino powered by Microgaming they will have good wagering requirements but I was wrong! The wagering requirements for the welcome bonus are 50 times, very high in my opinion! I want to say that I was disappointed when I saw the wagering requirements but I already made my deposit so there was nothing to do at this point just to play some slots and try my luck!

Obviously I started with my favourite Microgaming slot, Immortal Romance to see at least if the payout rate its decent! With a bet of 0.30 euro I played about 5-6 minutes and the Wild Desire feature triggered and awarded me with 15 euro! About 10 minutes later I managed to catch the free spins and Amber gave me a great win of 25 euro!

My account balance was showing 53 euro and I thought that I completed the wagering requirements but I was wrong! So I kept playing and 2 hours later I managed to complete them but I didn’t win much money, just 35 euro!

I requested an withdrawal and I received my money 3 days later and of course I invested to another casino! I will rate the casino, I will start with the games and I think 10 will be very good because of the high quality of the Microgaming slots! The payment methods will receive only 8 because they are few and also the support team will receive 9 because they have a very important feature for me, live chat!
Overall it is a good casino if you can get over the high wagering requirements of the welcome bonus!

I did not like Dazzle casino at all and I even think that this is the most average casino I have ever come across. They have been licensed by Malta. Even the best software which is the mighty Microgaming could not help this casino room from going down even after 2 years when I saw his casinos page on AskGamblers to write the review I was like how the hell are they still alive and who is joining such pain in the a*s casinos out there. They are owned by Progress Play Limited casinos group about which I have no idea who that is and their mobile interface is so stupid that I thought that the game had to reload after every move or hand and that is how the games were I played for 2 days with my mobile and it was one of the worst experiences of playing online ever. Instant play on PC is way better and you will like it only if you have wasted your time with your mobile device trying to wait all your life for the games to start.

Their welcome bonus is also very average but it would all have been good if the games were nice because casinos are not all about bonuses and welcome packages only. If the games are nice people still join the rooms even with no bonus at all. But they were lacking on almost every factor to make it a pleasant experience of mine and I do not have any idea how this casino has not been shut down till now. Slots were so bad and slow that I lost 10$ in the first one hour of playing with this casino room and even left this casino room within a week. I do not think I have to stop anyone from joining this room because a good knowledgeable player will never make such mistakes.
