Submitted a withdrawal on 12th February. Not my first, been part of the site for a year.

Casino withdrawal policy is 3 working days for withdrawal to be approved.

We are now on working day number 5 and the live chat help cannot give me an exact answer or a reason for the delay. Simply, "I can see this is due in 2 working days." I doubt this as I was told it was going to be processed by 17/02 when I last asked.

Submitted this compliant due to time taken and lack of clarity from the site.
