Totem Quest is a Native American themed slot and at first sight it has an excellent look. Snowy mountains in the background, hand-carved real artistic totem poles by the reels complementing one of the sweetest, relaxing syrinx music that can be heard out there give an authentic, almost spirited environment to the game what in itself can be well-respected. I’m not sure I could determine or categorize any symbols of the game but they’re all graphically awesome and colourful and somehow the harmony of the slot is evident and felt in every detail.

The game has 3 great bonus rounds which fun to play with and they have also beautiful views but are not food paying. For example Trip through Worlds bonus where we have to arrange 4 tiles to solve a puzzle usually doesn’t give back more than 3-4 times of total bet (true, its forest graphics are perfect). The other two Bonuses are also need some skillfulness by player side as Catch the Gem bonus requires to collect as many falling jewels as can be with an Indian bag and at Flying Tiles we have to catch some different flying items. Though all 3 side games are interesting and imaginative but generally one of the worst rewarding ones I’ve ever played with. On the other hand the bonus triggering specific icons are surprisingly often pop up on an active line. 3 or more Totem Heads activate 7-15 free spins which is comparing to bonuses the more open-handed extra but it also doesn’t live up to expectation. Theoretically, the most paying symbol reward with 2000 coins but to be honest I don’t see any chance to happen.

As symbols here are present some, so called, tiles (like the roof tiles). Each type of tile has a different color and a different shape. If the flower reaches the top, the bonus payout increases significantly.

Finally, in the third Bonus game you have to shot all the tiles that are thrown to the left of the screen. Again, good enough coordination is needed. From each tile shot, a gem detaches which is gathered on the right side of the screen, vertically. When enough stones are gathered, the total payout increases.
