Shipwreck is another ’under the sea’ themed game by PartyGaming. The slot has nice view with a sunken ship in the background. Among symbols we can find some that connected to the ship like captain, anchor, golden coin, ship’s wheel and some that represents the water life like shark, medusa, octopus. As I see it’s a well-designed interface with great colours, good graphics and clever layout.

To summarize this 20-payline gambling product’s qualities with just 2 words I would say – not good. The best paying symbol only pay 2500 coins in full capability, true, if such winning is completed with at least 1 Wild, it would be 5000 coins. The wild Ship only appears in the middle reels limiting the chances to win. Diving Helmet is the Scatter and 5 of them equals winning 100 times of total bet but it would be a little wonder to get it. I say this because the other function of this symbol is to trigger bonus feature if 3 of them appear starting from the first or last reels. Despite of this increased chance it’s one of the less frequently popping up feature what I’ve played with and we’re speaking about here just 3 of them, but how far are we to get 5?

In the bonus we have to set up the air for the helmet’s tank. After pressing Dive button the needle in the air calculator getting slow and where it stops determines how deep the diver could go. Deeper means better prize.

Unfortunately, this slot has a very poor payout tendency. I tended to play it at Gamebookers and once when I chose again this game I had one of my worst sessions ever. I started to play with my usual €1 bet but even the smaller winnings avoided me. Tried to increase my stakes up to €4 per spin, didn’t play all lines, using auto play function but nothing has happened and I couldn’t see anything else just witnessing how my bankroll decreased. After many, many dozen spins and loosing almost €200 (without having Bonus entry at all) I had to realize that wasn’t my day and this isn’t my games. Since then of course from time to time I visited this slot because I didn’t want to expect what I’ve experienced previously and liked to have some satisfaction mixing with revenge but sad to say I was wrong. This slot is really terrible in payouts.

Finally, despite its likeable looking, my opinion is very negative about Shipwreck. Obviously, there must be others who had luck on it and have other opinion about Shipwreck but to be honest I would have guilty conscience if I promote this slot or encourage anybody to play with it.
