The sound and visuals are creepy enough to create just the right kind of atmosphere for horror fans. It resembles Blood Suckers 2 aesthetically. Of course, impressive design doesn’t count for much if the gameplay stinks as badly as a pungent bulb of garlic. Thankfully, there are no such worries from this Megaways version. The shape-shifting mechanic delivers plenty of action in its own right. 

Red Tiger Gaming has added a top selection of bonus features which are a big step up from the simple original. With so much variety on offer from the base game modifiers and free spins with even more extras, this slot certainly isn’t dull.
