Withholding cash winnings


Hi I opened an account with winner million and done cash deposits of which they gave two bonuses that have both been completed as attached file shows! I won over £250 from cash winnings but have and then they locked my account and asked for verification on the 25th oct offering another bonus of which I did not wish to receive in writing since then I have tried to withdrawal the movies from account but Been told that they will not proscsess this due to apparently it's from bonus winnings even though it was a cash deposit and from the bonus being completed
On first time I tried to withdrawal the system would not allow me to unless it was £250 of which I managed to win up to And then made a request to withdrawal the £250 as you can see in another snapshot it has been pending since the times shown
I have sent many emails to the casino regarding this but no replies they have completely ignored my emails and messages and proof of completed bonus I would not of been allowed to withdrawal if I had a bonus in play. The only last response over a week ago was that it was winnings from a bonus they gave me after reopening my account after the 24th as you can see no bonus and I also rejected the bonus as I was awaiting my money to be released
This has been ongoing now for nearly three weeks they have all my identification and I have verified my account with them as they asked I just wish for my deposits to be either refunded or my winnings to be processed ASAP

So after emailing yet again to the above email as seen asking update on my withdrawal of £250 since 1/11/2017
