I had a withdrawl approved on Aug 30th 2012 in the amount of $1199, (keep in mind I have never had a problem before.) I had another deposit of $1,050.75 approved on Sep 5th and received into my bank account Sep 7th. The one for $1199 was never deposited. I provided proof of my official bank statements showing proof it was in fact not credited. I sent numerous emails to a specific person at slotsjungle saying they would take care of it, that was over 2 1/2 weeks ago. So I sent an email to the finance department, they of course wanted the bank statement also, so I sent. They said they would get it worked out, that was 2 weeks ago. In the meantime I have sent 7 emails between the finance department and specific person with no response in 2 weeks. I play here all the time, dont lose me now guys!!
