Slots Jungle Casino - Haven't received the approved withdrawal

I made a withdrawal on 20 March, and it was approved on 28 March, I received that email:
Dear xxxx,
Let me be the first to congratulate you on your winnings!
I’m happy to report that your withdrawal request has been authorized and $125.00 has been sent to the Neteller information you provided on the faxback form you sent in.

But I haven't got this money. I sent three emails to Finance Department, they said it was under checking why this happened. Three weeks has gone and nothing happened. Earlier I made a withdrawal successfully, when I got that email about approving I received the money immediatly.

Please help me to solve this problem.
