I deposited on 09.06.2014 to the casino. I played till I got a high balance and no wager req. I had 1850$. I requested a withdrawal on 01.07.2014. In 6 days 500$ arrived. Then I requested the second part. They wrote me a letter saying they need 90 business days to process my request. I did not understand why they need this when they payed me already the first part... I said OK, and I waited. I received no email stating if they found any problems or whatsoever, so I requested the withdrawal on 10.03.2015. For this they replied the following:
Please kindly note that we could not approve your last withdrawal request since your activity in our casino recently has drastically decreased.
In order to withdraw further winnings you should play more in our casino.
Now I am getting nervous. First they say I should wait 90 business days. Then when I waited and would like to withdraw they say that I should have played more! If they gave me my winnings I would play more, but they told me to wait. Please help me to get my money, because I do not know what to do next.
