I have deposited around $2000 to SlotsJungle since February. I won $5000 in April. My first four withdrawals were approved within 4 business days as stated in email from Finance Department. They paid me $500 per week. I got VIP staus three weeks ago, but I can't see positive things. Instead negative.
Earlier after 4 business days of my withdrawal request my money was sent. In May I had to wait two weeks for my last payment, and my current withdrawal is pending since 20 May.
In VIP message they mentioned faster withdrawals. I am very diasappointed. I have wagered very large amount, place big bets, I don't understand why this situation comes.
I think after they paid me my total deposit amount they don't want to pay me the rest of my winning. I wrote an email to my VIP manager and asked help, there is no response.
