How is it possible that no one doesnt answer an emails!!
I have send all the document and several emails, where i have asked at least to answer me, if something is wrong with my documents...but no answer in 2 days until today. I win 2470€ and i didnt have any bonus on use. Horrible customer service and unbeliable behave.
I just need my winnings, it is a big amount of money. Can somebody help to get contact to them.
