I have waited for 2 months now for a withdrawal. Sent all documents they asked for even additional documents but received no update and nothing at all! And even said I will delay the process if I keep emailing them!
How ridiculous and rude! I’m waiting for another week then I will report this to gambling regulatory. This is not accepted! They are just holding your money!
I still haven't received any update although I have been trying to chase for one but no luck ever.
The total amount for withdrawal is £18k. I have deposited £20k to play with and they restrcited my account after I lost £2k which I fully understand if I had to go throught income checks so the next day I started sending in my documents and all additional documents they asked for. The replied after 1 month and asked for 1 more additional document then I sent to them on the same day, till now 2 months! No update whatsoever.
