I submitted a withdraw request about 6 weeks ago and was told I should get my money within three weeks. It has not come and every time I call to get an answer there is always some kind of lame excuse. Today I was told that tomorrow is a "holiday" and it doesn't count as a business day. When I asked what holiday it was there representative refused to answer me,
