On February 10, I won $1525 at Cirrus Casino. On March 14, I received the following response from Nate, the "VIP Casino Manager" when I asked about payment:
"You have gotten paid in the past and this case is no different so you really shouldn’t be asking if you are going to get paid. If we weren’t going to pay you, I would not take the time to respond to all of your emails or apply bonuses. It is longer than I would like but rest assured you will receive your money soon."
Not the type of reply you would expect from someone who is trying to keep your business, is it? It is now April 7 and I still have not gotten paid. REST ASSURED I will not be spending another penny at this casino, and I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews I had read about it.
