I have been playing at cirrus for over 10 years i hit a 13,000 random jackpot early on but like probably a lot of otheres i gambled it all back in 2 days after that a 5,000. hit a couple of times 3,000.00 but lost it too. well on feb 6 i wanted to cash out for the first time ever so i did for 1504.00 after bonus was removed it was approved 10 buss days after that (they added a day for holiday then it was to go to processer 5 to ten days after that it took 13 and that was only because i called on the 12th day to make sure it was done . for there in the casino terms and conditions it says 4 to 8 buss days it has now been 14 bussness days 17 if you count the delay i understand the banking and gambleing laws make it hard but it has been over 7 weeks total and when i call to try to get any kind of idea it is the same sorry no way to track no way to tell me anything execpt i will swomeday get my money since my withdrawl request i have deposited another 590.00 i dont think it is resonable to expect a person to just hope for the best and if it takes this amount of time in processer why cant they speed up the approval time and the time to processer are they just waiting for me to deposit as much as they can get back this is so frustrating

i check my bank acct every day i did not put complaint in till the 28th march today is april 3 rd there is no money they put in to processer on march 11th thats when it goes to 3rd party bank they claim there is no way to track it they also say there is no way to tell me if it will be a day aweek amonth or a year no to happy about that

i recieved my money yesterday i hate that i had to complain i think that if the casino could give there custmers a approx time insteed of telling them you will get paid every time i asked do you think it will be a week, a month, a year i got same answer dont know i just know everybody gets paid . it didnt take a year but they leave you with the felling it could be i would have been a lot more cofident if i was told a better time fram for end game. but in the end (two months from request to funding me) i got paid and i am happy and still will play at cirrus with the understanding i wont see my money for 2 months thank you askgamblers for providing the format to solve issues
