Cirrus casino quit responding
I tried to be patient with Cirrus, but they quit responding almost 3 weeks ago, ignoring all emails.
Withdrawal for $894 submitted on July 16th. Submitted paperwork twice, and they said everything was in order on July 18th. Got an answer to one email on 8/3, saying they were behind schedule on payments. Payout approved on August 8th ($550.... payout minus bonus). A week later, had to resend info (seems to be standard procedure on all their sister casinos).
A few emails later, Megan finally responded on Sept 7th, saying payment sent to processor.
That is the last correspondence I've gotten from them, as they've ignored all subsequent emails.
RECAP: I am still waiting on a check for $550, from a July 16th withdrawal that was approved on August 8th, and (supposedly) sent to processor on Sept 7th.
