Won't help me setting self exclusion on my account


I've send few e-mails with question how I can block my account, i never ever get an answer, I tried to talk on live chat, no one respond... well first time today someone respond me, but after I ask my question how I can make self exclusion ? They ignore it.. So what should I do and who can help me ?
