Withdrawal not being processed


I setup an account with Winnermillion on the 25th October 2018. From the games that were shown to be available I could only play around 25% of them as they didn’t load.
They were very picky about identification documents and asked that they be sent to a gmail account which I wouldn’t do, I uploaded them to the document section of their website.
Eventually my account was verified and in total to date I have deposited £1300 with them. I won £1,000 and have processed a withdrawal, this was on the 22nd November. To date it is still pending and from reading reviews online it won’t be made. I’ve been emailing these and have had no response and requesting chats, when I do get through they ask me for my username and when I give it they go silent! Can you please help?
