Not processing my withdrawal


Deposited £350 in one evening to winnermillion.com. Didnt request any bonus. Won £500. Decided to withdraw winnings. Sent all relevant documentation. No response. Tried livd chat. Got nowhere. Finally got through and they just said they would send my username to support team. Tried numerous emails. Received one from someone saying they arr called Bruno. Wanted me to write a hand written letter stating that I had deposited and used the casino since September? I only joined late October? Now they have locked my account (not that I will deposit again!) but no reason given. Just a complete scam. They shouldnt be allowed to advertise on gambling review sites. I have contacted fraud alert and also been in touch with my credit card. I dont mind losing cash thats of my own doing through gambling but not when I havent got a chance of winning from the start due to a rogue casino
