My username for virtual casino slots is < username removed >

I requested a wire transfer on 25/01/2023 for the amount of $2500.

On 14/04/2023 I requested a further withdrawal also for $2500.

I provided all documentation requested and complied with the terms and conditions.

I would appreciate any help you can give in getting these withdrawals paid, please.
