Issue with 2 deposits never recieved but charged for.
I made 2 transactions on the 13th of April, 1 for $100 and another for $101. I had an error with the first transaction so I tried to do another for a $1 difference. This was based off the email I received saying its best to make a deposit with an odd amount. That deposit also wasn't full processed. So I attempted to make a $91 deposit, which was pre authorized but never charged for.
I have contacted customer support about the issue. Keep being told I was never charged, contacted support at Creditcardissue@casinosupportcenter.com on April 18th. I also contacted my bank (Mary is the one who responded from my bank) and they also say that my 2 transactions were received by Virtual. I haven't heard back from Virtual casino credit card support.
I'll attach a screen shot from my bank account showing the 2 transactions, along with the email I sent to Creditcardissues@casinosupportcenter.com. I can also attach my conversations with customer support and pictures of all my transactions around the 13th to show I have never received anything.
