Withdrawal not paid within casino timeframe

I requested a withdrawal for $2500 to my bank account from Virtual Casino.

After a very long delay my request was rejected and Virtual casino asked for a bitcoin address in order to process my withdrawal. I gave them my bitcoin address on June 7th 2023 but have not received the bitcoin.

Hi, I need your help in my payments of $ 197 The first payment was requested at the end of July, I patiently waited, but more than two months have passed and I have not received any I will send a message to the casino payments [email protected] address, but I have not received a single reply. Very bad attitude to the players, help me get my money. The documents have been sent, it seems to me that the casino intentionally delays payments or does not intend to pay.

I've been waiting for a $100 withdrawal since January. They needed additional paperwork which I provided and they sent me and email saying all my paperwork was all received and updated. I've contacted them on a couple of different occasion and I'm told it's been escalated and/or their third party payers are really busy and I'll get it soon. I know it's only $100 but it's the principle. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

I am writing to Ask Gamblers to assist in payment of several approved withdrawals from Virtual Casino. Below is a list of the approved withdrawals from Virtual Casino. I followed up several times over a course of several months via email and chat to no avail. The total amount approved to date by Virtual Casino is $8,880. November 2, 2016 $2,267 wire December 15, 2016 $1,783 wire July 14, 217 $1,000 wire July 21, 2017 $1,000 check August 4, 2017 $1,000 x 2 checks August 10, 2017 $832 check In addition to the $8,880 approved for payment at this time, there is an additional $11,000 still in balance and pending approval by Virtual Casino. I anticipate a successful response from Ask Gamblers. Thank you for your time and attention.

I currently have 7 withdrawals that have been approved by the casino. The oldest dates back to February 1, 2017 in the amount of $1625. I'm asking that this be promptly paid and that the other payments that I'm owed be paid within a reasonable time frame. My approved withdrawals are as follows: $1625 on February 1, $1734 on February 6, $1923 on March 3, $1532 on March 17, $1733 on March 21, $1716 on April 24, and $1714 also on April 24. I've had some good luck with Virtual and they are always courteous with support, but repeated contacts have not resulted in payment. On 3/9 I requested a wire transfer withdrawal of $2500. On 3/17 that was declined for reasons not explained and then split into two $1250 check withdrawals approved on 3/22. Since that time, I have contacted them, escalated and re-escalated. I was told today that it takes 7-12 working days for a re-escalation which would be two more weeks. It's already been 2 and half months - 50 *working* days. The agent could not tell me if anything was wrong and could not tell me when this would be paid. I would like for these amounts to be recombined and paid via wire transfer.

Ok I sent again the documents they needed in the email they passed me I did not have any more answers.I called them about 5 times and they just told me that everything was okay and that they would contact me and nothing goes. by Second time they returned my withdraws again by claiming the same thing and they had not received the email again sent the documents and I still sent the date and time that they had sent the first one. And now for the third time after almost 1 month and a half they return My withdraws again claiming the same thing that is missing the same document that I already sent them 3 times ...

I made 2 transactions on the 13th of April, 1 for $100 and another for $101. I had an error with the first transaction so I tried to do another for a $1 difference. This was based off the email I received saying its best to make a deposit with an odd amount. That deposit also wasn't full processed. So I attempted to make a $91 deposit, which was pre authorized but never charged for. I have contacted customer support about the issue. Keep being told I was never charged, contacted support at [email protected] on April 18th. I also contacted my bank (Mary is the one who responded from my bank) and they also say that my 2 transactions were received by Virtual. I haven't heard back from Virtual casino credit card support. I'll attach a screen shot from my bank account showing the 2 transactions, along with the email I sent to [email protected]. I can also attach my conversations with customer support and pictures of all my transactions around the 13th to show I have never received anything.
