Withdrawal issue


I've been waiting for a $100 withdrawal since January. They needed additional paperwork which I provided and they sent me and email saying all my paperwork was all received and updated. I've contacted them on a couple of different occasion and I'm told it's been escalated and/or their third party payers are really busy and I'll get it soon. I know it's only $100 but it's the principle. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Tawni, thank you for your response. I had no idea that had been deposited back into my account. I thought when I logged into play that was a bonus I had earned. I wish someone would have communicated that to me or told me they were still waiting for documentation to process the withdrawal back in January. I finally got an answer when I posted a complaint they responded saying more documentation was needed in order to process the withdrawal. I have also had several chat session at which time no one ever said it had been redeposited into my account, they just get telling me they would escalate my concern and the third party payers were very busy and I would get paid as soon as possible. Thank you for letting me know and I appreciate you looking into this for me.

I'm a bit confused by your issue. I've reviewed your account and I see you requested a withdrawal back in January, however, the funds were returned to your account as we never received your documents. Once the funds were returned to your account, you then played the funds down to $0.

There is currently nothing in your account pending either approval or payment.
