Hi askgamlers, today i received an email from euromoon casino saying that they gave me 10 euro in my account. First off all i read the terms of the bonus to not make any mistake.
After i played about 4 hours i contact live chat to see how much i have to wager and a chat member said firstly that i have to wager 2460 euro which of course wasnt true, then when i told him i have 10 euro from them he said that he has made a mistake and im right, and that i have alredy wager the 10 euro bonus, then i saw that i still cant withdraw on cashier and contacted again and well other member said that i have to wager 2578, again with the same mistake, and he just ended the conversation.
When i contact live chat again, he apperead again but in about 10 seconds he ended the chat again.
I posted some screenshots that i took, now on i always take screenshots as i see that this casinos are very unfaithful.
