Unjustified confiscation of funds

Hey everyone, about 4 days ago i registered to betrally and i had a feeling there will be something wrong when i saw the 2 complain on this page, but i decided to go ahead as i saw that the first deposit bonus was very atractive, so i deposited 20 euro and i got a bonus of 40, and i started to play with 60. First slot i played was game of thrones i only played with 1.80 bet, the only slot i played 2 euro bet was stickers and won about 400, then i started to wager the bonus with only bets of 1.80 and i wagered and won 380 euro. After that i request a cashout, but today i received an email saying i broke article 27, thats says that i bet more then 6.25 max bet or 5% bonus, well i didnt, my max bet was 2 euro in stickers, which means that 40 bonus x (5%) 0.05 is equal to 2.
I also contacted live chat, and they only said this, and after about 5 min they just closed the chat without even saying bye and have a nice day, like they did when i registered or like the chat members say in other casinos. Anyway heres the chat pictures and youll see it by yourself.

How can i small gesture gift have rules, this is what i dong get. Askgamblers, you can close this case as im "happy" to say that whatever will do theyll win anyway and btw i see that this casino is going down on ratings, so atleast something positive, you win 390 from me, youll loose tons of customers because of me, have a great day. in fact we have tried several times to reach you on the phone to explain to you the situation but without luck. You should know that despite of you breaching again the 5% betting rule with the 10 free, which you have been properly informed about before, we have decided to pay out your winnings from that free bonus as a good will gesture. However, winnings from non-deposit offers like free bonuses are capped at 1000% of the bonus amount as per our T&Cs.

OK askgamblers ty for opening it again.
As i mentionted they gave me 10 euro and i managed to win but they took 390 from my account and only paid me 110, and they said this is because of the no deposit bonus rule its capped to 100, but i dont understand it, is the "no deposit bonus" the same as a "free bonus", and if its a "small gesture" gift, why would u put a max cashout thing on it.

Betrally - Unfairly closed my account and confiscated my €4,064 winnings
I received a message from Betrally claiming that I have breached their terms and conditions, and thus they decline to pay my winning of 4 064€. I am accused of breaching section 15.2 (i) "If you have played in tandem with other Customer(s) as part of a club, group, etc., or placed bets or wagers in a coordinated manner with other Customer(s) involving the same (or materially the same) selections". I am confused what they mean by this. I am not part of any club or group and I highly doubt whether that would even have any benefits in casino slots, the whole subsection seems to be directed to their sportsbook customers. I made a deposit (200€) that gave me the maximum bonus (300€) and played it to my favorite slot Guns N' Roses with the maximum allowed bet (6€). In my opinion there is nothing unusual or wrong with that.

The second claim relates to their Promotions terms and conditions section 2: "All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, Skrill and etc.), shared computer (e.g. school, public library or workplace) and shared IP." I have only played from my home and I live on my own so there is no way that any of the mentioned items could have been shared with some other player.

I hope Betrally realizes they have made a mistake and does what any reasonable casino would do in these circumstances and pays my winnings as soon as possible.

Closed account and confiscated winnings with no explanation at all
Hello, dear askgamblers. A few days ago, I had the experience of playing in «Betrally» casino. I was very lucky in the slots, at a bet 1 USD and won near 400 USD. After that, the casino has requested «verify account» and I sent all they ask. Few days ago I received a letter that I must send selfie with my id and I did it. I sent utility bill, scan of passport, selfie and credit card statement. After that my account was closed and my winings was confiscated.This is my one and only account. Credit card is mine too so I sent photo.I think it will be difficult to pay because the casino always wants to find a reason to the player left with nothing and lose profits.When I registered at this casino, through the affiliate’s website, I was sure the reliability of the institution, as the reputation of the casino Betrally After a terrible attitude towards me and seizure without a reason winning I can believe that the whole reputation of the casino and the selling is not real evaluation. For my part, I guarantee honesty in their words and ready for each word to be responsible. If necessary, I am ready to perform any action to prove that winnings confiscation was wrong action on the part of the casino. Dear Betrally if you have actual evidence of my violation of the rules, give them AskGamblers resource administration. I am ready to end to understand the problem and come to justice. Won't verify my account and pay $8000+ winnings
Dealing with Betrally has been an absolute nightmare. I opened an account on 5th october with Betrally casino. I was unlucky at first and kept losing depositing $5488 from my credit card over 6 transactions. Betrally had no problem taking my money. However my luck turned and over the next couple of weeks I recouped my losses and ended with an account balance of $8381.82. I requested a withdrawal of the $8381.82 on 28th october and was asked to verify my account which I know is standard practice. I sent a scanned drivers license, bank card and utility bill but then was asked to take a photo of it with my smart phone and I complied and followed their instructions. I was then asked to post a notarized copy of the identification to them in Malta which cost me $51 to get a registered delivery post with proof of delivery. I posted the documents on 31st october and specifically requested proof of delivery so I would know the documents had been received, we are talking about $8381! The documents were signed for and delivered on 3rd november which you can see on the following link http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html?id=EJ205826601AU&ilink=edm-ap-international-arrived-track-your-delivery I have emailed them over 10 times trying to get the verification and payment made however they keep sending a generic reply saying they are waiting for the documents. I always reply with the proof of delivery and they say they haven't received it and to wait. It has been an entire month since I requested the withdrawal. I feel completely powerless here and fear that this casino has gone rogue. Please Ask Gamblers help to get my money back! Everybody please stay clear of Betrally if my complaint does not get resolved. I will update this complaint as soon as I get any news.
