BetRally Casino - Stalling verification and withdrawal

I created an account with BetRally on the 25th of October. The account username is lukeam2000.

On the 27th of October I tried to withdraw money from my account but was unable to. The Casino asked that I verify my account with the front and back image of the card I used to deposit money, a drivers license and a bill. I sent them images of all those documents and they accepted my verification. I again tried to withdraw money and it was denied again. At this point they locked my account so I cannot log in and they asked me to verify my account further by mailing to them notarized ID documentation. I sent them notarized ID documentation on the 31 of October and it was received and signed for at 1:05pm on the 3rd of November. My account is still locked and they are denying that they have received my documentation.
