BetRally Casino - Closed account and confiscated winnings with no explanation at all

Hello, dear askgamblers. A few days ago, I had the experience of playing in «Betrally» casino. I was very lucky in the slots, at a bet 1 USD and won near 400 USD. After that, the casino has requested «verify account» and I sent all they ask. Few days ago I received a letter that I must send selfie with my id and I did it. I sent utility bill, scan of passport, selfie and credit card statement. After that my account was closed and my winings was confiscated.This is my one and only account. Credit card is mine too so I sent photo.I think it will be difficult to pay because the casino always wants to find a reason to
the player left with nothing and lose profits.When I registered at this casino, through the affiliate’s website, I was sure
the reliability of the institution, as the reputation of the casino Betrally
After a terrible attitude towards me and seizure without a reason winning I can believe that the whole reputation of the casino and the selling is not real evaluation. For my part, I guarantee honesty in their words and ready for each
word to be responsible. If necessary, I am ready to perform any action to prove that winnings confiscation was wrong action on the part of the casino. Dear Betrally if you have actual evidence of my violation of the rules, give them AskGamblers resource administration. I am ready to end to understand the problem and come to justice. Because of this kind of action and attitude to the players, creates impunity in different casinos.

Your account was detected as such set up in breach of several applicable rules from the Terms & Conditions as shown below:

The individual submitted ID Documentation which was deemed ‘manipulated’ (‘edited’) and practically ‘forged’ – the image submitted by the person matches fully a ‘falsified’ document template and identification photos provided by other BETRALLY customers. This represents a serious breach of the Terms & Conditions based on which the account was terminated (Section 17 of the T&C)

Under the above circumstances all account transactions were voided and the deposited funds in the relevant account were sent to the respective Finance Source from which they derived – notification was sent to the registered e-mail address.

Player failed to meet the verification process and that is why account was blocked and winnings confiscated. Moreover, we have been confirmed that player committed fraudulent activities by presenting forged documents during his verification process. 

And since AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service is designed and meant to help honest players with real troubles, it is now obvious this is not the case with this particular issue. AskGamblers Complaints Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to conduct any kind of fraudulent activities, therefore this complaint is being rejected and player has been restricted from using AGCCS from now on.
