BGO Casino - Suspended account with no reason stated

Have been playing on bgo for a couple of days and I went to withdraw £150 and left some money in the account to continue playing.
I went to log back onto my account and found it had been suspended and no sign of my money in my pay pal account.
Seem happy enough to take my money but not so happy for me to withdraw it.
Also noticed when I had almost played through my bonus so I could make a withdrawal another £25 bonus was added to my account which I didn't request. I then had to play through this other bonus just to be able to withdraw funds from my account.
I would like to know why my account was suspended.

This case has been reopened upon casino’s request and we would like to give it one last chance for a successful resolution.

The rationale for the suspension was communicated to the player on the day in question and this was resolved in a timely fashion to the player's satisfaction. I am pleased to say the player has logged back into her account since this point and has continued to play with bgo.
