Cirrus Casino - Slow payment

Last year I cashed out $1500 (I think) after a bit of a todo, and needing to work with a customer service rep.

So I consider them a reasonable place to play, but recently hit a road bump.

I recently used a free chip, to play and managed to actually make the play through requirements. My next step was to read the bonus policy, and understood that I couldn't cash-out from two consecutive free chips. No problem there, as I had deposited quite a bit of cash since my last cash-out.

Well hold on there bucko!

It turns out that if you redeem (As in use with or without winning), two consecutive free chips, you are not eligible for a cash-out. So effectively you might as well be playing for play money.

It seems tricky to me to send out a free chip that will not be any good unless a deposit is made just PRIOR to using it. Also, since the free chip limits you to the amount of the free chip for withdraw, I am unclear how adding a free chip to the real cash deposit would work.

I guess my "Complaint" is that after telling me it had been approved, a month went by before I called and was told it doesn't qualify.

As I am a frequent depositor, I was assigned to a VIP customer service rep, and was told he would look into it.

I received my 2nd Players reward card in the mail the other day. I used one in the past a cirrus casino. I submitted my docs and was approved. I was eventually paid my withdrawal. So yesterday I phone support. To be sure I was able to deposit and play since I had already used a PRC in the past. And that it wasn't treated like a NBD bonus. I was told by support staff. That PRC is treated like REAL CASH deposit. And not a NBD. So I went ahead and deposit and played. I checked with support again to see if I needed to submit the new RPC as my docs were already on file. Support Agent Sarah says I would not be able to cashout as this is a NBD... This is not what I was told... I could have easily play it elsewhere without this problem of 2 NBD between deposit. As I was told PRC is treated like real cash. Like a gift card someone has willed to me.

I am very upset and confused by this. Please help me!!!

I tried to be patient with Cirrus, but they quit responding almost 3 weeks ago, ignoring all emails.
Withdrawal for $894 submitted on July 16th. Submitted paperwork twice, and they said everything was in order on July 18th. Got an answer to one email on 8/3, saying they were behind schedule on payments. Payout approved on August 8th ($550.... payout minus bonus). A week later, had to resend info (seems to be standard procedure on all their sister casinos).
A few emails later, Megan finally responded on Sept 7th, saying payment sent to processor.
That is the last correspondence I've gotten from them, as they've ignored all subsequent emails.

RECAP: I am still waiting on a check for $550, from a July 16th withdrawal that was approved on August 8th, and (supposedly) sent to processor on Sept 7th.

Some things never change...

Cirrus casino seemed to be back with a brand new face, perhaps attempting to clean the bad image it has among players. It's been over a year since i haven't played there, (for well known reasons), when i got this email inviting me to play there again.

The mail looked fairly reliable, since they explicited some of the rules we always forget, like playing two chips in a row voids winnings, etc.....well, it seemed to me something had changed.

anyway, i have to say some things never change. i deposited 30 and played there. when i got to 299 dollars, decided to make an withdrawal.

It was on the 23rd April. every time i asked for the delay, an assistaent always told me it was still on the time frame 7-10 business days.. now, it's been over two weeks, they tell me they're running a maintenance operation. i should have known better..

Cirrus casino never was and still isn't reliable. i wonder what the next excuse will be.

hi i have got a withdrawal with cirrus uk / cirrus pound i won 3.000 and it got split into 3 installments of 1.000 each they have all been approved and i was then told 10 to 20 bus days for each installment well the first installment has gone past 40 bus days second 27 bus days and the third is on 17 bus days so it has got to the point when they owe me all three installments now every time i contact them they say it has gone to the escalation department and my case has been escalated well its been escalating now for the past 3 weeks if you could please help me i know they are slow payers i knew the withdrawal times and did not mind waiting this. but its starting to get beyond a joke. I requested to get it paid into my moneybookers account with the email address stated.

On February 10, I won $1525 at Cirrus Casino. On March 14, I received the following response from Nate, the "VIP Casino Manager" when I asked about payment:

"You have gotten paid in the past and this case is no different so you really shouldn’t be asking if you are going to get paid. If we weren’t going to pay you, I would not take the time to respond to all of your emails or apply bonuses. It is longer than I would like but rest assured you will receive your money soon."

Not the type of reply you would expect from someone who is trying to keep your business, is it? It is now April 7 and I still have not gotten paid. REST ASSURED I will not be spending another penny at this casino, and I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews I had read about it.

I Have an accepted withdrawal on the 5th February and the payment has not been released yet. It has been more than 40 business days since then!!! I have contacted several times and I always get the same answer. They say that "is being processed and hopefully in the next 48 hours will be released". But the days are passed and the payment is still pending.

I don't know what else to do. I have sent them more than 5 emails!!.

What should I do?

I have been playing at cirrus for over 10 years i hit a 13,000 random jackpot early on but like probably a lot of otheres i gambled it all back in 2 days after that a 5,000. hit a couple of times 3,000.00 but lost it too. well on feb 6 i wanted to cash out for the first time ever so i did for 1504.00 after bonus was removed it was approved 10 buss days after that (they added a day for holiday then it was to go to processer 5 to ten days after that it took 13 and that was only because i called on the 12th day to make sure it was done . for there in the casino terms and conditions it says 4 to 8 buss days it has now been 14 bussness days 17 if you count the delay i understand the banking and gambleing laws make it hard but it has been over 7 weeks total and when i call to try to get any kind of idea it is the same sorry no way to track no way to tell me anything execpt i will swomeday get my money since my withdrawl request i have deposited another 590.00 i dont think it is resonable to expect a person to just hope for the best and if it takes this amount of time in processer why cant they speed up the approval time and the time to processer are they just waiting for me to deposit as much as they can get back this is so frustrating
