Hi
I want to make complaint against SlotV because they refuse to give me my Money. I have gotten a reply from Paysafe that the deposit was succesful and that the Money is in the casion but SlotV just told me it was my "Payment System" that didn't accept the Money. That is a lie(check the attached info)
I want the 500 SEK put in my account asap and compensation for the trouble(non Wager freespins or other non Wager compensation)

However, we do not deny you a refund and will definitely do it if you unblock your account. Please note that you were blocked at your own request on November 26, and the complaint was filed on November 28, leaving us with no opportunity to make a refund.

Today, on December 4th, you received the funds. The delay in the receipt of the funds was caused by the bank, we sent the funds immediately after you created the request.
