Hello Askgamblers, Im a VIP Player at SlotV. The Casino as itself is great, but now I'm waiting for more than 10 days for my withdrawals. I won 22K EUR in this Casino and they paid me only 10K until now, all other withdrawals are declined. My VIP Manager calls me more than 5 times and she said, they have problems with ecopayz. From time to time there are some small withdrawals, but I'm waiting now for my 12K. Withdrawals were again and again declined from the casino, I had 12 withdrawal requests pending for more than 5 days. I can't trust this casino anymore, because they told me every day something different. The Casino states that withdrawals will be paid within 3 days, time is over, I'm waiting for more than 7 days now. My VIP Manager said they try their best, but thats not serious...

Some Facts:
- I played with no bonus
- My account is fully verified (all payment methods I used)
- I already got some money, but not the full amount
- I'm in contact with the casino, but with no success

I have now no reliable statement from the casino, what are the next steps...

Dear Stefan, we are sorry for such inconveniences and for so long waiting
The payment process was really delayed due to problems on the billing side. Yesterday we finally managed to resolve the issue and withdraw all your winnings. Stefan, give us another chance!
