Slotum Casino - Still haven't issued welcome bonus free spins

Hello, i signed up at Slotum casino here the 8 January, and i made my first deposit 9 January.

I received the matchbonus and the first 20 out of 100 freespins, and the remaining 80 was suppose to be added every 24 hours the following days.

But nothing was added and livechat claimed i shall activate them within 24 hours, which i cant find anything telling me in t&c or bonus t&c.

Then i went to livechat again asking about why it wasnt anywhere to find, and now i was told it was in the mails i recived regarding the bonuses, the problem is just i havent received a single mail from them since i signed up there.

I havent received a mail regarding my deposit or any bonuses, not in inbox or spam or any folder.

When i signed up i went to livechat asking why i havent received any confirmations mail, to where they answered they could verify my mail for me, which they kindly did.

I later recived 2 mails with activation links in them, after livechat verified my mail, and thats the only mails i ever received.

Slotum casino's lack of response, and that they have not bothered to write an answer inhere, just says it all...

This complaint has been reopened as per Slotum Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
