I requested a withdrawal on 7-1-13 and was told it was approved and that it would be in my account in 3 to 5 days. It still has not been deposited to my account. I have sent emails to the Finance department and was told that I should have had it already and I needed to prove it was not in my account. I have done that 2 times now. The casino has stoped replying to my emails.
Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.

Payment received today. I want to thank everyone who helped with this. This is the 3rd Casino I've requested a withdrawal from and the first one that I have received.
