I have made numerous deposits at Slots Jungle and finally won a little something . The amount was $270 . After submitting a Faxback form and all my Bank information it was approved on july 10 2012 and I recieved an email on that day saying congradulations your withdrawl was approved and the winnings were sent to the bank that you provided the information for please allow 5 business days to recieve it. Well I waited 8 business days and the money never hit my bank. I then contacted live support and they told me that a check was sent on July 10th not a bank wire and to allow 5 business days , which I explained it had now been over 5 days , so the support person said they would contact the finance dept for the tracking number and they would email it to me and this never happened. I have contacted live support multiple times and they tell me the samething everytime so I asked them for a email address for the Finance Dept and they gave me firstname.lastname@example.org so I emailed and never got a response , emailed it again and finally got a reply saying that he would put in a request for my tracking info and would email me back. Its just one run around after another . I have deposited more then 15+ times with this Slots Jungle and they took my money very fast and now I finally win a small $270 and they cant seem to pay me ???
