Slotland casino just suspended my account, because I have informed them that we are 4 family member players under one household. Giving them this information, as i red on their terms and conditions that this is not allowed, their billing account just blocked any deposit i wished to make imediatelly after speaking with them.

Its a shame, was a really place to play, but this is unprofessional.

Phone verification nightmare

On the 10th November I joined Slotland Casino. I deposited 3 times that day, losing my first 2 deposits. On the third, I hit a jackpot on a slot and won $1318. I cashed out my win. Soon after my cashout, some documents were requested. I provided them and was informed by Thomas < surname removed > from the billing department that all that remained to verify the account was to take a phone call. I tried to arrange this phone call but Slotland never called when I asked them too. Often they would just never call on the day at all. Instead they’d call in their own time from an unknown number that I was unable to return. In fact, there seems to be no way to reach them by phone. After chasing them up to call me for a long time, they told me to check my voicemail and confirm a code that they had apparently left. I checked my voicemail. There was indeed one voicemail from an unknown number. The contents of the voicemail were about 10 seconds of office background noise. There was no code or any other useful information in their voicemail. I informed Slotland that they had sent no code. I asked them to resend the voicemail and that I’d be happy to confirm it. Since then I’ve been ignored and have lost patience. I’m really hoping this is a misunderstanding that can be resolved here. Thanks.

Deposit not credited

I made a deposit more than a day ago. My account has not yet been credited. .I have been told to give it one day. Its been more than a day now. I am frustrated and there is no land line to call to resolve this. Support not much help either..they just keep offering me free bonus "obviously attached with the usual wagering requirements" it almost feels like they are trying to force me to take the bonus whilst waiting for my deposit to clear. Dissapointed and ready to take steps.

Cancel my bonus without any reasons

I am a player at slotland for a year. I like their games and bonus structure. In order to gain the bonus “deposit 1000$ and gain 100$bonus”, I have played activly last two months. I have deposied at least 1780$ at slotland for this year. However, before I can get my second “deposit 1000$ and gain 100$bonus”，today I receives a letter that told me they will not give me bonus anymore, without any reasons written. I hope to get the bonus I should get, and have the right to gain bonus. Unless slotland can provide the reasonable excuses to remove my bonus, they should not cancel anyone's bonus arbitrarily. (just because I may earn a little money from them?） If slotland deny my demand, i think every player should keep in mind that the casino may cancel your bonus that you should have or almost qualify for. It is not a normal casino should do. The letter I received is attached as following（can anyone figure out the reason they provide?）: “Dear Sir, This is Robert, Supervisor of Customer Support at Slotland. Casino disabled my deposit capabilities without valid reasons

My relative referred me and her exhusband must have had a chargeback so they disabled my depositing capabilities. I do not live with him, do not bank with them and was verified. they lied to me for days and now will not even have the decency to reply now that i now why tthey wont let me deposit. it is quite annoying. they wont even offer a bonus for their error and just keep acting like they have no clue what is wrong but they disabled me a week ago

I was promised a half match bonus on my "next" deposit. The staff changed shifts & next employee refused to apply. It was not the amount that upset me but rather the principle.

Hello..though I am not regular player like my other friends.Last week one of my friend referred me slot land casino to play. Well, I had created a account there and received sign up bonus for play. I had played almost whole night into slot land casino and I enjoyed there. When I had reached balance $140 then I went to live chat if I could withdraw any winnings. The support staff had congratulated me for won $140 and asked me to send my verification documents. Therefore, I had send my passport scan copy and withdrawal method details. So, beside my cell number I had sent them my friend's cell number also because I was afraid if I mis their call. After 30 minutes I got a reply from them which had stated that the cell number which I had sent them a while before has already been registered,so they had voided my winnings for breaches their T&C. But I know my friend Iftekhar is a regular player of them as he referred me slotland casino and also I had mentioned them that the number has been sent last time is belong to my friend not me,so if you could not connect with me my registered cell number then call into my friend's cell number. Is it the reason for voided my winnings? so, why they had asked me another cell number where I had registered my own cell number? If I have no more cell numbers but only one then what should I do? Is that really proves that I had breached their T&C and they can judge unfair with me? How can I prove to them that I am the real player with real and correct information of mine? Please help me...

My winnings are gone

My problems started on Monday April 15, 2013 I had won a good amount of money on Slotland $3,329.60 to be exact. I was done playing for the day and logged off my account. Excited that I had won so much I logged back on a few hours later just to look again. And my account balance now said $0.00 I contacted customer support and they said please allow 1 business day for us to look into this. It is now April 19 and still NO one has contacted me. I have spoke to customer service many times with the same responses please allow 1 business day. On day 5 I was told they would email me in 2-4 hours. Almost 24 hours later and still no one has contacted me. It would have been nice for someone to tell me something not just leave me sitting with no explanation as to what is going on and if they are going to pay out the amount I won.

wont give my $38 dollar bonus

I was first to find Slotland on my phone via your web site. We do not have a home computer internet is on my phone. So I went and played then told my son daughter in law husband and his sister all went on my phone and also signed up so they seen a red flag I guess cause there all linked to my phone but they are. Real and tbier e emails. Belong to them. Understandably it looked bizarre but when I finally got my phone back they blocked me even from a deposit. So I explained the same to. Them. They finally unblocked me I have made 2 deposits since and they have given 2 of. The people that use my phone their 38 bonus. And the others received the key but wont accept key. I'm the only one of them all who actually made 2 deposits and they said I didn't get it.

They will lose me as a player and that sucks for us both because I have no flash on my phone and they are the only slot site I could use on my phone.
