My winnings are gone

My problems started on Monday April 15, 2013 I had won a good amount of money on Slotland $3,329.60 to be exact. I was done playing for the day and logged off my account. Excited that I had won so much I logged back on a few hours later just to look again. And my account balance now said $0.00 I contacted customer support and they said please allow 1 business day for us to look into this. It is now April 19 and still NO one has contacted me. I have spoke to customer service many times with the same responses please allow 1 business day. On day 5 I was told they would email me in 2-4 hours. Almost 24 hours later and still no one has contacted me. It would have been nice for someone to tell me something not just leave me sitting with no explanation as to what is going on and if they are going to pay out the amount I won.

I'm following up on your recent exchange with our Supervisor as well as Slotland Customer Support, and also on your complaint posted here on Askgamblers.com a few days ago that due to a glitch on AG's side we weren't aware until today, which is why I'm replying no sooner than now.

This is to confirm that we have investigated thoroughly the log of all spins you made on the day of April 15, 2012 through your Slotland account id (JAG21AG) and found out that while you've indeed been able to reach over $3,000 in your cash balance at one point, you've slowly played an entire amount away ending up with $.3 in less than 3 hours later.

Also since your gaming pattern didn't change a bit, plus since you've been playing the very same game, this clearly rules out a chance of anyone else (perhaps a family member) accessing your Slotland account and depleting your cash rather than you as the legitimate account holder.

While our findings make your claim absolutely unsubstantiated, we would appreciate if you could get back to us with more information on

1/ whether you recall depleting your cash balance yourself, and also

2/ if you remember an exact point when you stopped playing plus

3/ anything unusual in regards to your casino account or a computer you use to play at Slotland with, that might have resulted in this unfortunate situation

Cancel my bonus without any reasons
I am a player at slotland for a year. I like their games and bonus structure. In order to gain the bonus “deposit 1000$ and gain 100$bonus”, I have played activly last two months. I have deposied at least 1780$ at slotland for this year. However, before I can get my second “deposit 1000$ and gain 100$bonus”,today I receives a letter that told me they will not give me bonus anymore, without any reasons written. I hope to get the bonus I should get, and have the right to gain bonus. Unless slotland can provide the reasonable excuses to remove my bonus, they should not cancel anyone's bonus arbitrarily. (just because I may earn a little money from them?) If slotland deny my demand, i think every player should keep in mind that the casino may cancel your bonus that you should have or almost qualify for. It is not a normal casino should do. The letter I received is attached as following(can anyone figure out the reason they provide?): “Dear Sir, This is Robert, Supervisor of Customer Support at Slotland. Verification issue

Hello..though I am not regular player like my other friends.Last week one of my friend referred me slot land casino to play. Well, I had created a account there and received sign up bonus for play. I had played almost whole night into slot land casino and I enjoyed there. When I had reached balance $140 then I went to live chat if I could withdraw any winnings. The support staff had congratulated me for won $140 and asked me to send my verification documents. Therefore, I had send my passport scan copy and withdrawal method details. But, yesterday I got a email from slot land billing email address which mentioned below :

"Thanks for sending in the document. It has been evaluated by our fraud department as falsification and therefore cannot be accepted for verification. Your account has been suspended and the withdrawal voided."

I became totally upset after read that email and instantly replied to them that to review my request where some misunderstanding could happen between us. After that I got a reply from them to asked my correct phone number for further verifications though I had left my personal cell number while created my account there. So, beside my cell number I had sent them my friend's cell number also because I was afraid if I mis their call. After 30 minutes I got a reply from them which had stated that the cell number which I had sent them a while before has already been registered,so they had voided my winnings for breaches their T&C. But I know my friend Iftekhar is a regular player of them as he referred me slotland casino and also I had mentioned them that the number has been sent last time is belong to my friend not me,so if you could not connect with me my registered cell number then call into my friend's cell number. Is it the reason for voided my winnings? so, why they had asked me another cell number where I had registered my own cell number? If I have no more cell numbers but only one then what should I do? Is that really proves that I had breached their T&C and they can judge unfair with me? How can I prove to them that I am the real player with real and correct information of mine? Please help me...
