Registered, won money, had it confiscated as I had self excluded myself from a branded site
10 years ago
I registered at kaboo casino and deposited thinking it was a completely new site, won over £1000 but withdrew £1000 sent relevant documents to be told two days later that they were confiscating my winnings as I had self excluded myself from one of their branded sites. I read the terms and conditions and after numerous emails to them they are just ignoring me, I won that money fair and square and why did the system let me register and deposit if it was part of another group of gaming. Is it just an unfair site

Hi
We are working hard to find a proper solution for that, easier said then done however. Even if we could prevent automatically you still would be able to play and get your winnings. Sorry to let you down, but those winnings were never yours since you are excluded from our sister sites. Sorry to leave you hanging and I wish you better luck with some other casino.
Regards
Bruno

Hi Bruno,
Yes just read that other comment another person fallen into the same trap. Well I think you should sort out the system to recognise when someone is registering that has excluded themselves from a sister site very unfair play as how on earth are people ment to know when you are registering that it's connected to another site. I accept that I am not going to get my money because you like to fool people to join and let them down I will make damn sure I never to go near any of your gaming sites and I will make sure no friends or family touch them either and in actual fact I didn't exclude myself from thrills or superlenny I just didn't send in
the id docs.

Hi Katding
We already have a similar case just like yours that you can check out here - http://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/no-payment-of-winnings-3.
To keep it short, if you self excluded from either Superlenny or Thrills I am afraid you will not see any of your winnings except your initial deposit that should have been refunded to you. If not, let me know.
This is the procedure that we have to take due to our licenses as well. Sorry about your bad experience, but this case will remain unsolved.
