i made deposit, took 50% match, i played and lost ALL. my balance was 0.00.
i had to make another deposit if i wish to continue to play, as i did this, my balance was ALL bonus funds.

i went to chat and they said i did not meet wager requirements on my last match.

i told them repeatedly that my balance was 0.00.
how can i keep wagering anything, if theres nothing left to play.

thats why i made my real money deposit and i had no other bonuses available to me, but why is my real money in *all bonus funds.

this is not right this is very wrong.

the deposit& match previously,which i lost completely until 0.00 balance.
of course if i want/wish to play again i have to deposit(but why should all my next real monies be in all bonus)

****please do change my balance to real funds-my balance was 0.00 when i deposited last and it should be *real funds*

RED FLUSH ARE SAYING SINCE MY LAST MATCH DID NOT MET WAGER REQUIREMENTS- all my next deposit(s) are ALL bonus funds.
