I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Pulsz, an online gambling site, concerning their refusal to allow me to redeem $2,000 in winnings. Despite following all their instructions and submitting the necessary verification documents for my payment cards, Pulsz continues to prevent me from accessing my funds, citing the need for additional verification.


Specifically, I have encountered the following issues with Pulsz:

1. I have complied with all requests to verify my payment cards, but I am continuously given the same instructions without resolution.

2. Pulsz only accepts document submissions through their online upload portal, which does not function correctly. They also claim that they can not (will not) accept submissions through email or live chat.

3. Despite numerous attempts to seek help from customer support, I am met with unhelpful and repetitive responses that do not address my concerns.

4. I have previously redeemed larger amounts without encountering such issues, leading to my suspicion regarding their current practices.

5. I am not being provided with any concrete indication or assurance that I will receive my $2,000.


The lack of effective communication and resolution from Pulsz has caused me significant frustration and concern over the security and fairness of their operations. I believe that Pulsz’s practices in this instance may constitute unfair and potentially deceptive business practices.
