I withdraw £3501 on the 6th of May. My account is verified and the transaction has been pending since. The casino have told me on the 11th May there was a problem with the processor and that it is fixed now and my withdrawal will be processed yet it has not been. I contacted them today 13th May and they gave me same excuse.

On the 4th I withdrew £700 and received email the same day to say my transaction is being processed. Again on the 6th they emailed me to say my withdrawal to my card was declined! And they have credited my plazaroyal account with the money and for me to try to withdraw again and if a problem to put in my bank details for a wire transfer.

I then won £3501 and that’s the amount I am now waiting on which they have delayed. They say they have a primped with the processor yet yesterday on the 12th I was able to deposit £850.

I would like Plazaroyal to process my withdrawal of £3501 ASAP

Ok so ur colleague that I spoke with today on live chat has given me incorrect
Information as she told me it was processed yesterday and not the 8th . Further yet I contacted my
Bank and they have not received anything as of yet . So when was the money processed and sent to my bank ?
I have screen shots of the convo from today with the person telling me it was processed yesterday and to give it a few days .
Also I have not reviewed a confirmation email to state it is being processed . Why is this ?

So spoke again today 19/5/21 to plaza royal via live chat and the person now telling me there’s a problem with one of their processors and the money is not with my bank . So the money has not left plaza royal and I am still waiting for my funds . So what’s going on Plaza Royal ? What’s the correct info ? The money was not wired on the 8th or 17th . Please stop telling me to contact my bank as the money has not left your bank
