I have submitted my paperwork 2 times and have attempted to have my cards verified to be able to redeem my winnings. I have stopped receiving responses after the textbook one stating what they required. I am not getting my updates and have been waiting since last week to redeem. Is there any way I can get an update ? I am just looking to get what I won.
