Dear Askgamblers,
I signed up with Rolla casino and made some deposits. I have not had a win at the casino, all my deposits have been played down to £0 balance.
A short time after I started playing there, I was asked to provide source of funds. After a bit of to and fro, the casino accepted this and reopened my account.
A few days later my account was locked again. I was told no more information other than "the account is under review by the relevant department" or something of that effect. This was around 2 months ago now. Normally I would not care and just move on with another casino, but I do have cashback ready to claim with Rolla from their 10% offer. I lost fair and square and now I am still not able to log in and claim my cashback.
I hope askgamblers can help me find out what is going on.
